Generally we do something water related for Jason's birthday each year, called the Risner Float Trip, as it is usually orchestrated by Jason and Jeff. In years past we, along with a legion of Kappa Sig's have driven down to Mountain Fork River to canoe and stay with Jason's parents in DeQueen.
His parents now live in Hot Springs, so the last two years we've rented a party barge. This is the 1st year we decided to actually FLOAT the Caddo River in Arkedelphia (in part because of the very low water level!). It was a lot of fun, and as always by the end of it I was ready to be inside, out of the water, and away from anyone who'd had a beer along the way.
