We celebrated the 4th of July in Hot Springs Village at Jason's Uncle Gary and Aunt Charlotte's home. Above is a photo of the fireworks show as seen from Lake Balboa. It was beautiful and completely peaceful. The boys were sick so Lynne stayed home with them while Jason and I had some adult time.We went back to the lake the next Saturday when the boys were both well to spend more time with Angelia and Scott before they drove home.
Hudson was excited to drive the boat. It was so cute. Charlotte wasn't too pleased however! He did so great. This was his first time on the boat. I thought he would refuse but he got right on, wanted to jump in the water, wore his life vest willingly, and was only irritable a couple of hours into the afternoon with a missed nap.
