A sweet, healthy, smart little 16 month old. Hudson is now saying everything! He said Hudson for the 1st time this month (Huu-sin), just ask him 'what a dog, owl, turkey says!' and be impressed! He is fearless. There is a photo below of him on Nana and Pops Gator. He wanted to go for another ride.
Our children are such opposites. Hudson is not a risk taker, he would not ride in the jeep below for nearly two years. Holden just gets right in. Typical baby!
My sweet, awesome, innocent, beautiful Hudson.
Hudson had his second personal visit to the dentist this month, he received a Lion King Sticker, a purple balloon, and a blue toothbrush. Dr. Cox's daughter Breanne was his hygienist. It was a little rocky at first but he let her brush and floss his teeth and do a fluoride treatment (vitamins). Then he let Dr. Cox 'count' his teeth. He was really awesome after the initial fear. We talked about whether or not to fix his discolored tooth (from falling face first on the hardwoods early this year), and still haven't made up our minds! Back to th dentist in 6 months!

I am thankful for days off with my children. We took a trip to Mid America Museum in Hot Springs the day before Thanksgiving. It was so awesome. The boys had a great time, and I was so happy to have Aunt Lala to help. We dug for dinosaur bones, looked for footprints, snacked on popcorn, did a few science experiments, looked in some funny mirrors, built things with Keva Planks, crawled through a wormhole, used a whisper dish, and played outside! What an awesome and very exhausting day for all!
Thanksgiving 2011. The first few photos were taken on Thanksgiving Day at my Aunt Joyce and Uncle Larry's home in Idabel, OK. Pictured are me, Jason, and the boys, my sister Lacy, dad Gerald, stepmom Andra, sister Ally, brother Bryce, Aunt Joyce, Uncle Larry, and my cousin Dyllan. We truly had a Thanksgiving feast with so much to be thankful for, but this day it was all about the company of family. So....we snapped some family photos with our Iphones on the front porch of their beautiful home. Aunt Joyce told a funny story about Larry being mistaken for Mitt Romney in a Braums Restaurant and giving away an autograph! We played poker after dinner and the kids played until they were exhausted.
We learned that Bryce has joined the Air Rangers in the U.S. Army and leaves for training in June and combat in Afghanistan in September of 2012.
This is Ian, Hudson, and Cade (2nd cousins) from Redwater, TX that came down the Saturday before Thanksgiving and spent the whole weekend with Lynne and Larry. Hudson had such an awesome time with these two boys. We had a large gathering of Lynne's side of the family including her mom, her brother Tommie, and his son Steve, his wife Kelly, and their two daughters Miriah and Haley. And Jeff, Sally, Maddie, Amber, the boys, and her new daughter Shelby. Ashley, her husband Tandy, and their little boy TJ. Gary Jean and Mark brought Tori and Rachel, but Allison was not there because she had just gotten out of the hospital after having little Elizabeth. We made 'thankful bread'. We each wrote something we were thankful for, Hudson listed his immediate family, all the grandparents, and Ian and Cade. Cade said he was thankful for his other brother Colby!, and Ian said he was thankful for God. Most everyone else said they were thankful for family and their health. We ate and watched the Razorbacks take out Mississippi State!
